Great gig - no access to drinking water & rude member of staff

点评：I attended the Prodigy gig on Tuesday 21st April.
The venue was full & extremely hot. At 8.20pm I went to and find some water. I exited the standing area on the left-hand side and spoke to one of the BIC members of staff in yellow, I asked where I could access some drinking water. He said that I had to join the huge queue for the bar a buy a bottle. I pointed out that licenced venues have a legal responsibility to provide access to drinking water & he pointed at a water station and said that it had all run out. I asked if there was anywhere else that I could refill my cup & he said no and pointed at the bar.
I again stated that there has to be access to water, he then suggested that if I was going to make an issue of it, he would continue to discuss this with me outside. I was quite upset & shocked at this.
Normally the BIC is one of our favourite venues to see concerts due to the friendly staff & we have always had such a great experience here. This is why we choose to travel from Devon to attend. It has somewhat tarnished the experience unfortunately.
I spoke with a few other people, who stated that they were told the same thing.
I have contacted BIC directly to comment but they have chosen not to respond
