布什花园的点评
点评：First, the positives:
1. There are some good coasters, when they are working.
2. The park has decent shade, pretty landscaping and cute buildings.
Now, the negatives:
1. The layout is confusing and there are no signs to point guests in the right direction like at other theme parks. Guests walk down dead ends and take wrong turns all day, asking one another for directions.
2. There are no handout maps to guide guests and online maps are blurry and impossible to read on a smartphone.
3. Although some employees were friendly, a shocking number were blatantly rude.
4. Food service was terrible and disorganized.
5. The self-serve ticket kiosk malfunctioned and spit out only two of our four tickets. Instead of looking at our receipt and giving us access to the park, the manager insisted on trying to retrieve our lost tickets, as if she was banging for a stuck Twix bar in a vending machine. She eventually got them but it took awhile.
6. Parking was crazy-expensive.
Busch Gardens was a one and done for us. The park would benefit greatly from better management. I’m pretty sure the Dollywood team could whip it in to shape.
