Gets worse with every visit- a very sad state of affairs for what was once a great park.

点评：This was the worst experience we have ever had at Busch Gardens. Have been going for 40 years, many of those years with season passes. Went to Christmastown. It was a Monday. Skyride- not open for about an hour. Walked fast to Fest Haus for the 4:30 show, cancelled- although the app still had it listed. Fest Haus- out of fries, pizza, veggies. Specialty beer shop in the Fest Haus out of multiple items. Most of the Christmas shows were not being done that day (including 2 of the major shows). Most rides closed. The park has certainly deteriorated over the past 5-10 years and the experience is not worth the price anymore. Employees often seem to just be going through the motions. Management- really? Out of the most common food items when the park has just opened for the day? Even the xmas decorations are dated, and look old, scratched up, etc. They will happily take your money, skimp on shows and rides and hope you don't care. It is unlikely we will be going back, which is sad.
