Ruined by a disgraceful bar man

点评：The tour itself was quite good, we enjoyed the information our guide gave to us during the tour and the tasting was ok as well … at the end of the tasting which is the end of the tour our guide advised us that if we wished to go to the upstairs bar for further tasting than don’t forget to mention her name and receive 5 percent discount .. so we went up to the bar and ordered several trays of different tasting vodkas and also other drinks as well, we spent a good couple of hours in there and spent a lot of money between the 6 in our party … now this is where the afternoon took a unexpected turn for the worse.
We politely called the barman over and asked to pay our bill, as instructed we mentioned our guide and advised of the promised discount, we realised that the discount hadn’t been applied so politely reminded him about the discount ( 5% was nothing , we only asked because we were told to by the guide ) .. the bar man then snatched the card machine out of our hands and shouted at us in front of a full bar that we were taking the piss and that were were rude and horrible people .. I asked to see his manager and was told by him and another bar man that there was no manager, the barman then walked over and squared up to me.. I went downstairs to the museum and again asked to see the manager to which somebody came from the back and asked the problem .. as soon as I started to explain he asked “ was it the tall one with dark hair “ to which I said yes and I said he was sorry and that it’s well know that that guy in his words again was an a$$h0le with anger issues .. this was a disgraceful and unnecessary end to a good day and on this I’d advise that if you are going to the museum tour don’t bother going up to the bar after, they apparently let violent people work up there without any managers around to solve any problems that they cause.

我们礼貌地叫来酒保，请他帮我们结账。按照指示，我们提到了导游，并告知他之前承诺的折扣。后来我们发现折扣并没有应用，于是再次礼貌地提醒他（5%的折扣微不足道，我们只是因为导游让我们这么做才问的）。结果酒保一把抢过我们手里的刷卡机，当着满是客人的酒吧的面冲我们大喊大叫，说我们胡闹，说我们粗鲁无礼。我要求见经理，他和另一个酒保都说没有经理。然后那个酒保走过来，和我摆出一副凶狠的架势。我下楼去了博物馆，再次要求见经理。这时有人从后面出来问发生了什么事。我刚开始解释，他就问：“是那个高个子黑头发的吗？”我说是，并表示歉意，还说大家都知道，用他的话说，那家伙是个有脾气的混蛋。这真是……美好的一天就这样以可耻且毫无必要的方式结束了。因此，我建议如果你要去参观博物馆，就不要在参观结束后去酒吧了，他们显然允许一些有暴力倾向的人在那里工作，而且没有经理在场解决他们造成的任何问题。
