点评:The actual treatment was excellent, good massage and nice extras however clearly in an effort to pack more people in and cut costs it’s no longer a premium experience.
Long queues at Spa reception, not enough staff. Hotel guest after guest asking to use the spa and being turned away. Only one person walking slowly taking people to changing rooms.
Being told slippers are one size, they’re not, I had a man’s pair, having to go opening doors and shouting hello to find someone to take payment so I could leave.
Being told by reception that it’s busy because it’s a Saturday, you pay a premium for a Saturday I’d assume this should cover the chaos. Spoke to a couple of people on itison offers. That’s not premium spa. Feels like they’ve used a spreadsheet to maximise all the time they can with no thought as how it actually happens.
Will I go back…. There’s a lot better for the same price or cheaper who are much more efficient and gracious in their treatment of you.
