点评：We had an absolutely unforgettable experience at Poggio ai Laghi today, and it was without question the highlight of our trip to Italy so far.
We did a private pasta-making class followed by a private wine tasting, and everything exceeded expectations. Our pasta chef, Alfonso, was incredible. He was fantastic with our kids, both teenagers and our 5-year-old were fully engaged and had a great time. He was patient, fun, and made the class hands-on and enjoyable for the entire family. Making pasta together was a truly special experience.
After the class, we enjoyed a private wine tasting with Bledar that included cheeses, meats, balsamic vinegars, olive oils, and their wines and we even got to eat the pasta we had just made. The tasting was relaxed, informative, and never felt rushed or sales-focused. Bledar was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience even better.
Simone, who appeared to oversee everything, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. You can tell Poggio ai Laghi is run by people who truly care about their guests and what they do.
We’ve been in Italy for over a week, and this day was hands down the highlight of our trip. The hospitality, food, wine, and atmosphere were outstanding. We can’t recommend Poggio ai Laghi enough, especially for families looking for a genuine Tuscan experience.
