点评：We had a very lovely tour with great customer support from Lahiru, our destination specialist, who handled everything so well.
First of all, we contacted SkyHaven Tours directly by email to enquire about an untouched wildlife tour in Sri Lanka. Lahiru responded, and we had a few adjustments to make to the itinerary, including some places we wanted to visit. Thankfully, Lahiru was honest enough to tell us when certain places didn’t really fit the nature of our tour, while others fitted in really well. We really appreciated his thoughts and recommendations.
Hotel-wise, every single hotel recommended and booked by Lahiru was great! He arranged half-board stays, which worked really well for us. The rooms were spacious, the locations were stunning, and the facilities were wonderful. The hotels we stayed at were Jetwing Blue, Big Game Camp Wilpattu, Cinnamon Lodge, Grand Serendib, Golden Ridge, EKHO Safari and Radisson Blu. Such a great collection of hotels, each with wonderful facilities!
Food-wise, we stopped at locally run restaurants throughout Sri Lanka, and the food was amazing. Most meals were buffet-style, with plenty of variety, and everything was really tasty.
We were a little upset because, when we first enquired, Lahiru told us he would personally come and guide us throughout the tour, and we were so happy about that! Unfortunately, just a day before our arrival, he informed us that he had fallen ill and wouldn’t be able to welcome us. Instead, his beloved friend and chauffeur, Asanka, welcomed us on arrival and took great care of us.
Thankfully, Lahiru met us on the morning of our third day, just as we were heading to Wilpattu, and from then on, we had the pleasure of exploring this beautiful country with him. Lahiru explained everything about Sri Lanka, from its history, culture, Buddhism and traditions to the wildlife, animal behaviour and every national park we visited. He was so knowledgeable, and we really enjoyed listening to him and learning about his country.
We especially loved Kandy. Such a charming and lovely city! We only spent one day there, which was a shame, as we would have loved to explore more. We visited the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and also got to see the royal tuskers, which was a lovely experience.
Regarding the safaris, we had wonderful safari drivers in every park. They clearly had great respect for Lahiru and did a really good job helping us spot the animals. We thoroughly enjoyed our wildlife experiences, and it was lovely to see how everyone worked together to make our safaris special.
My husband and I really enjoyed the whole tour, especially having Lahiru as our guide and Asanka as our safe and reliable chauffeur. We came away with loads of wonderful memories, so much laughter and a real love for Sri Lanka.
Thank you again, Lahiru, for your thoughtfulness, especially the lovely gift and lunch in your home city of Kandy. It was such a sweet gesture, and we really appreciated it.

我们尤其喜欢康提。那是一座极为迷人且可爱的城市！可惜我们在那里只呆了一天，其实我们很想多探索一会儿。我们参观了圣牙寺，还有幸见到了皇家象群，真是一次美妙的体验。
至于游猎之旅，我们在每个公园都有出色的导游相伴。他们显然非常敬重拉希鲁，也出色地帮助我们发现了各种动物。我们尽情享受了这次野生动物观赏之旅，看到大家齐心协力让我们的游猎体验变得无比特别，真是令人开心。
我和丈夫非常喜欢整个旅程，尤其喜欢有拉希鲁作为我们的向导，还有阿桑卡作为既安全又可靠的司机。这次旅行给我们留下了无数美好的回忆——欢声笑语不断，我们对斯里兰卡也产生了深深的热爱。
