点评：We had an absolutely incredible experience with Matt's Fishing and Tours Costa Rica! I wish I would’ve found out about them before booking some of our other tours and used them exclusively. From the very first message, the communication was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful- even after an extremely last-minute change. It's a family-run business, and you can truly feel the personal touch in everything they do. They genuinely care about making sure you have the best possible experience.
I have two sons with two very different ideas of what fun is and our day trip was completely customizable so that everyone was able to do and see what they wanted. We did zip-lining, waterfall swimming, lunch, rainforest hike (lots of animals and wonderful guide at the park) and local foods and markets. Matt took the time to understand exactly what our needs were and built the perfect itinerary around all of our unique personalities. Not only did we get to see everything we had requested, but they also showed us so many amazing places and experiences we never would have found on our own. Our guide, Eithel, was outstanding—professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local wildlife, culture, and the best spots to visit. You can tell they love what they do, and that passion made the experience even more memorable.
Their pricing was very competitive compared to other, bigger tour companies. They also went above and beyond by helping us with things outside of the tour itself, answering questions at all hours, and making sure every part of our trip went smoothly.
If you're looking for a trustworthy, family-run company that offers exceptional customer service, flexible tours, fair pricing, and unforgettable experiences, I can't recommend Matt's Fishing and Tours Costa Rica enough. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and we would book with them again without hesitation!
