点评：Amazing experience from start to finish and exceptional customer service throughout our holiday.
We booked several excursions through Justin including Atlantis Water Park, a horse safari, two spa days, and a party boat, and honestly every single activity exceeded expectations. The prices were far better than other companies we looked at and the value for money was incredible.
We were also travelling with older family members, so we rented one of the golf cart style vehicles for a week which made getting around so much easier for everyone. It really helped us enjoy the holiday more comfortably.
What made the experience stand out compared to other excursion companies in the area was how genuine and helpful Justin was. He never pressured us into booking anything and was always honest and informative when recommending places to eat, markets to visit, and things to do locally. It felt like he actually cared about making sure we had a good time rather than just trying to sell excursions.
Part way through the holiday we unfortunately got badly sunburned and realised some of the activities we had planned probably weren’t the best idea anymore. Even though we had already paid, Justin was incredibly accommodating and rearranged excursions and timings for us without charging anything extra. He really went above and beyond to help us and made a stressful situation much easier.
We’re very grateful for all the help and kindness we received and would happily recommend Justin and the company to anyone visiting the area. Excellent service, excellent prices, and overall a fantastic experience.
