We booked multiple excursions through him including Atlantis Water Park, two spa trips, a horse safari, and a party boat, and every single one was fantastic value for money. The experiences themselves were brilliant and significantly better priced than similar excursions being offered elsewhere in the area.
We also rented one of the golf cart style vehicles for 7 days because we were travelling with older family members who struggle with long walking distances, and it made such a huge difference to the holiday.
What really stood out though was Justin’s customer service. Unlike many reps in tourist areas, he was never pushy or aggressive trying to make sales. He was friendly, honest, approachable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He gave us recommendations for local restaurants, markets, and places to visit and was always honest about what to expect rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear.
Early on in the holiday we unfortunately got quite badly sunburned, meaning some of the excursions we had originally booked were no longer ideal for us. Even though everything had already been paid for, Justin went completely out of his way to help rearrange activities and move excursions to more suitable days and times at no extra cost. He absolutely did not have to do that, and it really showed that he genuinely cared about making sure we still enjoyed our holiday.
We really appreciate everything Justin and the company did for us and would 100% recommend booking through them to anyone visiting the area. Thank you again for helping make our holiday so enjoyable.
