Playa Mujeres Golf Club的点评
点评：We spent nearly $900 to play at Playa Mujeres Golf Club, and it was absolutely NOT worth it. Getting rained out wasn’t the issue — the awful customer service was.
When we went inside to ask for transport back to our hotel, the woman in front of me asked the bartender and he immediately offered to call her one. When I asked the exact same question seconds later, he told me to go talk to the girls at the front. Completely inconsistent and rude.
Then we asked if there was somewhere to order food. He told us they only had chips for purchase. Minutes later another couple walked in, and he handed them a full menu and took their order. The difference in how we were treated was shocking and honestly felt discriminatory.
To top it off, we waited an hour and a half for transport back to our hotel. For the price we paid, the service was beyond unacceptable.
We will NEVER come back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
