点评：An absolutely brilliant Distiller for a Day experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had such a fantastic day at The Borders Distillery for the Distiller for a Day experience. From start to finish, the whole team were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what they do.
A special thank you to Ali, who was a fantastic mentor and guide throughout the day. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and made the whole experience both informative and enjoyable.
Caitlin, the Production Manager, was so encouraging and knowledgeable, and it was brilliant to get an insight into the production side of the distillery.
Sean (not Shaun) brought plenty of great banter and brilliant stories to the day, while his passion for his job really shone through. Robyn was fantastic at explaining everything around milling and fermentation, and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout. She also deserves a special mention for managing to be photo and video ready while a film and photography team were on site!
The entire team were kind, friendly and incredibly accommodating. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and I was made to feel genuinely welcome and like part of the distillery family. The experience was also really hands-on and interactive, which made it even more enjoyable and gave me a much better understanding of the process.
You can tell how much the team care about both their work and the experience they provide to visitors. They are a real credit to The Borders Distillery.
I would absolutely recommend the Distiller for a Day experience. If you have an interest in whisky, distilling or simply want to experience something a little different, it is well worth the money. A brilliant day with a fantastic team!

整个团队都和善友好、极其乐于助人。他们从不嫌麻烦，让我真切感受到被欢迎，仿佛自己也是酿酒厂大家庭的一员。这次体验还极具互动性，让我能亲身参与其中，不仅乐趣倍增，也让我对整个酿造流程有了更深入的了解。从他们身上可以看出，这个团队既重视自己的工作，也重视为游客带来的体验。他们真是Borders Distillery的骄傲。
我极力推荐“一日酿酒师”体验项目。如果你对威士忌或酿酒过程感兴趣，或者只是想体验一些与众不同的事情，那这笔钱花得绝对值得。这是与一支出色的团队共度的美好一天！
