点评：We visited this beautiful local vineyard today and had such a lovely experience. We enjoyed a wine flight of their different rosés, each one completely unique and beautifully balanced. The bar staff were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the acidity levels and alcohol percentages of each wine, which made the tasting feel really informative and special rather than rushed.
We paired the wines with fresh focaccia, cheese and olives, which were absolutely delicious and complemented the rosés perfectly.
The owner was so welcoming and genuinely passionate about what they’re building. It was really exciting to hear about their future plans – you can tell there are big things ahead for this vineyard.
Such a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and a real hidden gem. Highly recommend visiting if you’re local (or even if you’re not!) – we’ll definitely be back.
