The magic of Belles Thai Cookery

点评：My mother (86) and myself have just returned home after the most wonderful thai cookery class with Belle in Tenterden.
There were 4 of us in this group, all looking forward to learning more about Thai cookery.
Belle immediately made us all feel very welcome and her warmth and passion shone through.
Our stations were laid out and the start of the ingredients were at hand for Belle to explain and guide us in
Firstly a Thai paste, preparation of the tamarind paste and rice noodles, at last 4 of us have learnt the correct way to prepare them (so slimy noodles are a thing of the past)
As we prepared our first dish,
Chicken massaman curry Belle was explaing and guiding us and explaining how and when to use the additional spices and flavours
We followed this with another 2 dishes, each as delicious and authentic as the first.
As the class ended we packed up our Thai Banquets to enjoy at home along with the memories of a truly exceptional, educational happy experience.
We (my mother and I)look forward to returning for another class with Belle but until then we will feast on the memories of the day and trying out Belles recipes at home

贝尔老师热情友好，让我们宾至如归。
她布置好了我们的操作台，食材也一应俱全，贝尔老师一边讲解一边指导我们。
首先是泰式酱料的制作，包括罗望子酱和米粉。我们四个人终于学会了正确的做法（再也不用担心米粉黏糊糊的了）。
在制作第一道菜——玛莎曼鸡肉咖喱时，贝尔老师一边讲解一边指导我们，还告诉我们如何以及何时使用其他香料和调味料。
之后我们又做了两道菜，每一道都和第一道一样美味正宗。
课程结束后，我们打包好泰式盛宴的菜肴，带回家享用，同时也带着这段难忘的、充满知识性和快乐体验的美好回忆。
我和妈妈都很期待再次参加贝尔的课程，但在此之前，我们会好好回味那天的美好时光，并在家尝试贝尔的食谱。
