Fun Trampoline Session for the kids but their facilities not great

点评：We booked a 90 minute jump in session for the kids on a Friday afternoon on the last day of school before the xmas holidays. (Cost was over £50!)
The kids loved the place as it was a lot of fun jumping for 90 minutes - it is a big area.
We were able to sit at a table in the cafe that had direct view of the trampolines so we could watch the kids. Love the layout of the cafe.
However the facilities were not great. They had advertised a lovely Gingerbread latte with cream on top but the drinks we ordered looked nothing like in the photos so it was a complete rip off/no cream/nothing. They didn’t seem to have anything in stock. They were extremely short staffed. There were no staff around when we needed to queue for the cafe and when the kids wanted to pick up their prize.
We had paid extra for them to win a prize which turned out to be beautiful so we were very happy with the cuddly prize.
There were 2 toilet cubicles one of which had a broken lock so could not be used.
Big car park so we were able to park easily.
The kids would like to go back to this place again as they really enjoyed their session.
