Incompetent and rude staff

点评：I went to see my chemical romance on the fifteen of July, and thanks to the organization of Ippodromo del Visarno, my experience was terrible.
As soon as we arrive, naturally, we expect to find people queueing in their respective gates. Weirdly, the gates are empty and everyone is scattered around. I ask the staff about this and they all vaguely just tell me to find “a blond girl.” When I find “the blond girl,” I realize she’s not a staff but she’s someone who came to attend the concert and did numbering herself with her group, which is unacceptable. This group of people had camped for a week in front of the Ippodromo, which shouldn’t be allowed either.
The staff didn’t know anything about the gates and they rudely told everyone off, screamed at me that there’s no early entry when there actually is, because people paid extra for it. The situation escalated to the point people, thanks to this group of campers that the staff didn’t argue with, started to get aggressive. They spit, push and shout at the people who came in asking information. The staff start fighting each other too, at some point. I ask one of them for help because people were aggressive and he LAUGHS.
I felt so scared that I was shaking. All we wanted was a good experience that ended up being ruined because of the incompetence of the staff. The police were involved twice. I will never attend a concert at Ippodromo del Visarno again.
