Very scary. Poor unprofessional

点评：Booked a bushcraft birthday party. Zero communication till I chased it. Instructors turned up late. No apology. Bimbled round the woods. No hot chocolate. ( we provided it) even though it was payed for. Zero communication in lead up. Walked the kids round a lake. Attempted a fire and charged £260 for the privilege. Showed both instructors my QR code for safety forms. Neither had a clue what to do. So took 8 children into the woods with no clue of medical or allergies. I had the info because I know the parents. Emailed phoned and messaged on website to sort stuff out before the day. Got an excuse of broken ankle. One person ill doesn't excuse phone calls, messages and emails ignored. The two instructors were totally incompetent. Both expecting the other to know what to do and where to go. Neither of them stood in the middle of the road while the 9 and 10 year old crossed kind of page 1. I and my 63 yo mother in law had to get the fires going and provide hot chocolate. Which is advertised as provided. To be honest if this was a water activity id be terrified. Dont use them. I, speaking as a 4* open canoe leader, level 2 paddle sports coach and summer Mountain leader. Would absolutely never send kids out with these. The only reason I let it happen is because I followed them. Very scary.
