French Touch Travel booked a private full day tour with Caroline Barrow (caroline.barrow@guidepicurieuse.fr) to guide us on a family trip to Pau, France which connected us with a French family who was important to our family history, Provided with only a few bits of information from our family, Caroline went out of her way to research the events, follow a trail of similar names to eventually find the specific family. She then arranged a meeting with the family, and a tour of important historic sites and museums to add deeper meaning and provide understanding of the events of WW II. She was the most exceptional guide we have ever had. She exceed every expectation and made this the most meaningful experiences of our lives. I cannot say enough good things about her. This was priceless.
