An unforgettable experience – truly grateful to the amazing VinWonders staff ❤️

点评：On August 30, I visited VinWonders with my husband and our 5-year-old daughter.
We had a wonderful time at Adventure Land and then joined the VIP River Safari tour. Unfortunately, during the tour, my husband suddenly became very unwell due to dehydration and was taken to the medical center at VinWonders. As his condition was quite serious, he eventually had to be transferred to a hospital in Hoi An.
It was our first time experiencing a medical emergency while traveling abroad, so I was extremely worried and overwhelmed, especially with our young daughter with us. However, the VinWonders staff responded very quickly and took such good care of us.
What touched me the most was that VinWonders even sent a staff member with us to the hospital in Hoi An. She helped us communicate with the local doctors and nurses and stayed by my side until my husband finished his IV treatment. Thanks to her help and support, my husband was able to leave the hospital later that day.
Being in an emergency room in a foreign country was a frightening and stressful experience, but having someone from VinWonders there with us gave me an incredible sense of comfort and reassurance. I am truly grateful for everything she did for our family.
Afterward, the VinWonders staff even contacted us to check on my husband and kindly invited us to visit again before we returned to Korea.
So, on September 1, we returned to VinWonders! ❤️
Thankfully, my husband had recovered, and this time he was finally able to enjoy the VIP River Safari that he couldn’t finish during our first visit. Our family had such a wonderful day together, and we were able to leave VinWonders with happy memories instead of remembering only the frightening experience from August 30.
Their kindness and care completely changed the ending of our trip.
I will never forget how quickly and professionally the VinWonders staff responded when my husband became ill, nor will I forget the genuine kindness they showed our family afterward.
When we visit Da Nang and Hoi An again, we will definitely return to VinWonders. Next time, we hope to bring our parents with us too! 😊
