点评：We just got back from Sri Lanka with Elegance Lanka Tours and honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
From the very first conversation about packages, the owner himself took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us pick the one that suited us best.
That care carried right through to the warm welcome waiting for us at the airport. We felt looked after from the moment we landed.
The real highlight, though, was our tour guide Namantha. He is one of the sweetest people we've met and he knew exactly where to take us. Every stop felt handpicked, and he showed us the best spots without us ever having to ask.
What really stood out were the little things. His car was spotless every single day, and there was always water ready for all of us. He was always on time in the morning waiting for us with a big smile ready to show us around. It sounds small, but on long, warm days those thoughtful touches made the whole trip so much more comfortable and enjoyable. The little things really do matter….
