点评:Absolutely horrible experience! I called the place over a week before my husbands wedding to order two tracks. I ordered it for Saturday, and we came then. Upon arrival I heard pretentious 'we made a reservation for you, but yesterday there is no track available. No apologies, nothing. We went through all of the city for a surprise, getting all of the guests there for NOTHING. After passing through series of patronizing comments, I managed to get a table for all 12 of us, to wait and see if anything becomes available. It did. So he came and asked us to pay in advance (!) For three hours on 1 track. I asked to pay for 2 as a compensation - I was told 'take it or leave'. When I asked for a manager, it turned out I was talking to one from the beginning. And he kept blaming the person whom I was talking to on the phone. Horrible customer support, tragic management. We went back to the city and spent way better time.
