I contacted this company via WhatsApp to book a Full Day Exclusive Safari Tour with BBQ dinner for me and my son (QAR 1600). What we got was a total scam.
A Nissan Patrol arrived with broken leather seats – it was uncomfortable and far from what you expect for a “premium” experience. The so-called camel ride lasted about 2 minutes just for a photo. The dune bashing was average at best, and the sandboard they provided was old and broken – we managed only two short slides.
They took us briefly to the Saudi border, where we just walked around for a few minutes, and then to the Regency Sealine, where our “BBQ dinner” turned out to be a self-service buffet shared with a school trip full of kids. It was clearly a cheap group lunch, not an exclusive experience.
When I asked the driver questions, he ignored me completely. I didn’t want to create a scene in front of my teenage son, but the whole experience was humiliating.
I contacted the company the next day to resolve the issue, and it’s now been two days with no response. They know exactly what they did – they scammed us, charging premium prices for a basic tour that costs three times less.
Do NOT book with this company. They are dishonest and completely unprofessional

千万不要预订这家公司的服务。他们不诚实，而且极其不专业。
