Terrible Customer Service, Hidden Fees

点评：Our experience at Great Wolf Lodge in LaGrange was incredibly disappointing, and I would think twice before booking here again. First, we were hit wan an additional 20% per day resort fee and $20 per day for parking, charges that were not clearly disclosed up front. These extra costs added a significant amount to our stay and left us feeling blindsided. To make matters worse, we were charged an additional $88 for a meal at Barnwood, a restaurant we never even stepped foot in!! Having to deal with unauthorized charges like this after spending $1000 for two nights is absolutely unacceptable. When we tried to contact someone by phone to address our concerns, it was nearly impossible to reach a representative. And when we finally did, the customer service representative was rude and completely unhelpful.
Between the unexpected fees, questionable restaurant charge, the uncomfortable accommodations (bed and pillows are horrible), and the terrible customer service, this experience was nowhere near worth the money we spent!!
A family resort should make guests feel welcome and valued, not nickel-and-dimed, and frustrated. I expected much better from Great Wolf Lodge. I would caution anyone considering this overpriced place to stay to look elsewhere!! Review your charges carefully and don't expect good customer service. Will NEVER book here again!!
