点评：First time visit. My 14 year old son and his dad did the adult course, they had a good time and would go again but just a few things I felt were a bit off. Firstly, you cannot tell what is being said over the intercom at all, it’s like they have their mouth too close to the mouthpiece, you might just hear a colour wristband being called out if you are lucky. Secondly, it was my sons first time ever go karting and so he wasn’t used to the controls and he tapped the break too hard once, no one was behind him, he didn’t cause a bump, yet the guy with the black flag went OTT and he had to go into the pit stop for a warning. However, the guy in the pit stop was really nice. A few people made a few mistakes and after the first session they all seemed to get a good telling off at the podium. I couldn’t help but think come on, it’s a family day out, not formula one! I totally get there is the safety aspect to consider aswell as the mixed abilities of the people participating, but I felt it was totally unnecessary to be so condescending. This did make my son really anxious to do his second session and it put a dampener on what should of been a fun day out, but he did do it and was fine. Overall they enjoyed it and most of the staff were really friendly. We will go again but maybe try a different location and go with more friends and family members.
The staff member that was really great is in the pic I have uploaded, I didn’t get his name, but he kept everything well organised, reassured my son when he had to go into the pit stop and even came to tell me where the upper viewing area was to get good pics and videos.
