Car Chase Heroes - Tockwith的点评
点评：15.5.26 Just got home from an excellent morning.
The place is well run and organised, from parking up to check in.
I had a 6 car, 3 laps on each vehicle, and a passenger ride courtesy of a virgin experience Christmas present.
I paid extra for the "sighting lap" this was in an old shape BMW to get a feel of the track.
The driver was very knowledgeable and friendly.
They call your name out, then you sit on a chair, again very well run and wait your turn, the instructor shakes your hand and tells you all about the vehicle from the gears to the clutch to the accelerator.
I throughly enjoyed the Mercedes AMG, and the two Austin Martins and loved the Dodge Hellcat which was incredibly quick.
Please note, there is a hard sell to buy more laps, and passenger rides and photos and videos to buy which I declined.
I also enjoyed the Aerial Atom, 1 lap passenger ride where it was like driving with the "Stig"
I paid extra for the damage insurance waiver (As a piece of mind), the cancellation protection, the sighting lap and the Atom passenger ride costing an extra £55 in total,
I will definitely be back.
The organisers and instructors work so hard to make this an unforgettable experience.
The only negative I have is the toilets (portaloo) had no water to wash hands, just sanitiser.
Also the place lacked a cafe, or a burger van to buy tea and coffee and refreshments on a cold day.
