点评：My husband and I had an incredibly memorable trip to South Africa thanks to our fabulous travel advisor, Anthony Saccone, of African Travel Group! From our very first conversation which occurred on a Saturday morning, Anthony took the time to truly understand what we wanted from our trip and then thoughtfully created a personalized itinerary that far exceeded our expectations.
What stood out most was the level of personal attention and prompt communication despite a 7 hour time zone difference. Anthony was consistently responsive throughout the entire planning process, often responding to questions and requests in the evenings and even on weekends. We never felt like we were simply choosing a pre-designed package. Instead, Anthony listened to our interests and carefully built an itinerary around us and our budget.
Specifically, Anthony put together an amazing trip that included two very different and unique safari lodges, each offering its own special experience, along with wonderful accommodations and excursions in Cape Town. He also arranged a personalized day tour, driver and lodging between safaris in addition to lodging and drivers from the moment we landed in South Africa. Every component of our trip felt intentional and well thought out. Also, his documents were very thorough and we never felt stressed about getting from one location to the next with Anthony's planning.
One of our favorite examples of Anthony's flexibility and dedication came when we decided last minute that we wanted to add a winery excursion while in Cape Town. Anthony responded to our unquiry on a Friday evening and then followed up with an arranged a private driver to take us into the countryside, creating a wonderful experience that we had not originally planned. His knowledge and willingness to accommodate a last-minute request made the trip feel truly personalized.
From the excellent safari experiences to our time in Cape Town, everything came together seamlessly. Anthony's knowledge, attention to detail, prompt communication, and genuine commitment to creating the right experience for his clients made a tremendous difference.
