Trench Brewing & Distilling的点评
点评：Prince George is well known for its craft brewing scene which started way back with Pacific Western Brewery which has since out grown its status as a craft brewery and is now BCs oldest independent brewery making a large variety of products.
Trench Brewing & Distilling is still one of the little guys with six flagship beers and an equal number of seasonal beers. It has a classic craft brewery setting in an older industrial part of Prince George with high ceilings and one wide open space with a nice pouring area.
While the beer is great, it is the food I want to praise. This is the place to come if you are looking for a meat fest. The Meat Sweats Tray is meant for at least three people and at $75 that's not a bad deal. It contains beef brisket, fabulous pulled pork which you an make into tacos, bratwurst and then you decide if you want wings, burnt ends or ribs. Through in cornbread, coleslaw, pickles and your choice of side (I recommend caesar salad) and you've got a real meat feast.
To get you started try the spinach & artichoke dip which is an old standby, but in this case a really good one.
