Great hotel with friendly staff in great location

点评：Beautiful hotel and amazing service. Staff couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend. Great location only 10 minutes drive from the city.
The only thing I would say is the pool area lets this hotel down slightly. It is quite compact and closed off. It would definitely be a lot nicer if it was more open with by folding doors and a small decking outside to sit and have refreshments. No facilities for that and we didn’t spend long there for that reason. It would be great to have spa lounger to lie and read a book. For the standard the rest of the hotel is, it would be great touch if there was thermal baths. It wouldn’t be the place I would recommend if you purely want to go for a spa weekend.
The spa itself is has lovely staff and good treatments. But the only thing they have is a salt room and rooms for treatments. it’s in a different area to the pool area.
But overall if you’re looking for a nice hotel for a good getaway in cork, this place is a great spot.
