Salon Serenity Spa的点评
点评：My first visit on 1/17/26 I went to Millagro. I booked for a partial highlight after eight weeks. My roots were just showing and eight weeks was a normal timeframe for a touch up. I was shocked to be charged an additional $75.00 for "gloss" and asked why I was charged for a service I did not ask for.
Renee at Salon Serenity responded that Millagro told her my hair "needed it" to restore "balance". I have never had any stylist tell me that my hair needed a restorative treatment.
Regardless, this is no explanation for why Millagro applied a gloss treatment to my hair when I was sitting under the sink with my hair wet and never mentioned a $75.00 charge.
Any extra treatment the stylist deems necessary should be addressed with the client before anything is done. Millagro never once mentioned the condition of my hair being an issue (it wasn't) or any extra services.
I was charged more than half the amount of the service I asked for without any mention of it whatsoever at any time during my appointment.
When I brought the matter to the salon's attention, I was told it was deemed necessary by Millagro. This in no way answers the question of why I was upcharged $75.00 for a service I never asked for.
I would avoid Salon Serenity at all costs and find a reputable salon to patronize.
