点评：Despite the negative reviews, I’ve used pintour 3 times, and never had a single issue with my experience.
We used them 1 time last year (July 2025) as well as twice this year in July 2026. All 3 times they arrived exactly on time and never had any issues.
The first time we used them I whatsapp’d them to get more info of our pickup spot and they sent a photo right away. We also noticed this year that there was some new signage on the street indicating it’s a pintour pickup spot.
My recommendation would be to research and make sure you know where the pickup is.
One our our trips from was from Naples airport to Amalfi, and our plane was 2.5 hours late landing. We had 5 minutes and had to run to the bus but luckily I knew where the bus depot was from last year and we arrived 2 minutes late but still made it on the bus!
