点评：We recently completed the 3-day Classic tour and have mixed feelings about our experience. On the positive side, our stay on land was enjoyable, the family hosting us was warm and welcoming, and most activities were fun.
That said, there were a few issues worth noting. The itinerary appeared packed but included a lot of unstructured downtime, and some activities were oversold relative to what they actually delivered.
The lake day in particular was frustrating, we were dropped off at noon with nothing organised until a late-afternoon one-hour hike. When we asked about other activities, we were told that fuel limitations meant it was the only trip possible, and we were left to spend four hours at the bungalows with nothing to do.
The bigger disappointment was our guide, whose attitude became dismissive and at times outright rude following the setback described above. He showed no interest in engaging with us, ignored us on multiple occasions, and made no effort to ensure we had sufficient food and drinks during our time on the island, basic duties we would expect of any guide.
We submitted detailed feedback to the company afterwards and have received no response whatsoever, which is equally disappointing. A shame, because with a few improvements this could be a great tour.
