点评：Best day of my life, bar none! I've never seen my daughter so happy. She describes it as the perfect day. From when we cased the joint out two years ago we have been impressed with every aspect. Detailed information, menu testing, expectations but nothing prepared us for the day itself. Lucky to get early check in as it was a very hot day. Had to cool the house down from 8am at 38C to 30 by opening all the windows. Worth hiring portable air con if the climate keeps warming. Jacki on the build up, Mel on the day we're all over it and nothing was too much trouble. Rory, the site manager was full of information and fixing everything that needed it before we could even spot it. The waiting team drifted in and out without fuss and 10 appeared to do the work of 50. The heat led to queues at the bar but were impeccably served. 19 hours flew by and I could have stayed in the Manor house forever
