点评:POOR QC POOR AFTER SERVICE, ZERO SOLUTION OR RESULT, bought a Uniqlo Polo as I have been for the last 10 years and never had an issue until the last purchase, it was longer than normal. I did not try on as I assumed it would be the exact same as all the polos as before but this one was longer, I went back to the shop and they said they could not shorten as the machines are only for pants, so they re-directed to online customer service and they told me the same answe of the amhcin which I said I already knew, I was not asking for a refund or exchange, I was asking for a solution, they said the didnt have one, they said take it to an third-party alteration shop. Why was the polo shirt different than all the others which i have, the answer they gave say it may vary from production factories then I said that menas there is a QC issue. In short no solution, quite a disspointemnt, hopefully it will never happen to anyone else.
