Appalling Experience – Ruined Birthday and No Accountability

点评：Booked tickets for Moonshine Saloon for my partner’s birthday. We arrived at the venue at the correct time, only to find the door slightly open, lights off, and absolutely no staff present. We stood around confused and concerned, eventually having to contact the police because we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the venue wide open — anyone could have walked in.
We spent the evening making calls, trying to secure the building, and figuring out what happened — instead of celebrating. Not only was the experience non-existent, but it was incredibly stressful, disappointing, and cost us a fortune between tickets and cabs.
To make matters worse, the next day we received an automated message from Moonshine Saloon saying, “We hope you enjoyed your visit.” That message, after what we went through, just added insult to injury.
No apology, no explanation, no communication — just a total letdown. A birthday completely ruined due to their lack of professionalism. Avoid booking here unless you want to be ghosted by a venue on your special day.
