Lakeline Mall的点评
点评：I showed up early the night before a Pokémon release at GameStop in Lakeline Mall, arriving at 10 PM to be first in line. I stayed overnight, captured everything on video, and was even told by mall security that we were in the correct place and everything would be fine. That turned out to be a complete lie.
There was zero organization, and when the director finally arrived in the morning, he made a plan that made sense — but the rest of the staff seemed completely unaware of it. It felt chaotic and unfair. Thirty minutes before opening, I had no confirmation that my place in line was being honored despite being first and waiting overnight.
To make things worse, it was obvious that employees were setting product aside for themselves — the number of boxes noticeably dropped as more workers showed up, which was incredibly shady and frustrating to see as a paying customer who waited all night.
I’ve avoided GameStop for years due to these exact kinds of experiences, but I gave it one last shot — and I was reminded why I stopped going in the first place. I will never return to this location and would strongly caution anyone else thinking about shopping at GameStop Lakeline Mall. Customers deserve better than this.
