Fantastic Trout Fishing with Susan from Fish Her – A Brilliant Day on Lake Taupō

点评：The boys had a fantastic experience with Susan from Fish Her. From the very first message her communication was excellent. Because we were travelling she was incredibly accommodating and able to juggle things around for us, which we really appreciated. It made the whole booking process easy and stress-free.
Although she isn’t based right in the centre of Taupō, the short drive out to Kinloch is absolutely worth it. The drive itself gives you a beautiful and slightly different perspective of the lake and surrounding area — peaceful, scenic and a great way to start the day.
Once they were out on the water the fishing was fantastic. The trout were straight on and the action started quickly. The teenage boys absolutely loved it — they caught plenty of trout throughout the trip and had an amazing time reeling them in. Most were returned back to the lake, but they kept three that were well worth bringing home.
Susan clearly knows the lake and understands the fishing incredibly well. She was patient, knowledgeable and made sure the boys were involved and enjoying the experience the whole time.
If you’re thinking about booking a guide around Taupō, don’t hesitate to go with Susan. She really knows her stuff and from everything the boys said, she’s one of the nicest people you could spend a day fishing with. Highly recommended.
