Just substandard and overpriced

点评：Been going here for about 8 months, i have to say paying nearly £60 per month for what im getting is a complete joke. the gym is so small, and is always packed, and most of the machines are mid.
However, the staff are all friendly and helpful, except one.
Theres this old lady who works at the reception who is so stuck up and arrogant, and just comes off as rude.
Last saturday i had been out all day, and at about half 4 i decided id get a quick workout in. I get changed and walk there, drinking my preworkout on the way. i get there at 5:25PM. The old lady says, sorry we're closing in five minuites. (the website says 6PM)
I told her this and she says, no, the gym and facility closes at 5:30, the building shuts at 6. So whats the point of being open till 6? youre a gym!! And you close this early on saturdays and expect me to be content in paying £56 a month?!
Another time, last december the pool and changing room areas were being refurbished, so they were closed for the month.
I asked her if my membership could be paused for this month, as i didnt want to go to the gym until the changing rooms were back.
She just said: No, thats against our policy.
I later asked another member of staff and they told me yes!
I just dont think the price point of this place is justified.
