Breech Lane Curry School的点评
点评：My mum purchased a gift voucher for christmas and I have to say it was worth every penny. Jaya delivered the most personal, passionate and informative training course that came with decades of family experience and from tradition.
The day I spent with Breech lane curry school was more than I expected. We managed 4 or 5 different recipes and there was about 7 of us in attendance. The day was rather chilled but full on. Exactly what I wanted.
Jaya, started the day with an explication of different spices and it gave us a very good and essential base understanding of flavours and how flavours are released in dish.
I cannot recommend her more. Some people on the course turned up with only 1/2 a day booked and asked if they could pay for more. It was that good!
Jaya’s catch phrase of the day was “Go for it” and that could not more accurate. If you are interested in learning Indian cooking. You should “GO FOR IT”
