🚨 SCAMMERS AND CHEATERS: I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

点评：I live in Bali and understand the specifics of local logistics, but this company's actions are beyond the pale and are an outright scam. We left home at 6:00 AM with tickets to Gili Air, and at 5:00 PM we arrived back home in Bali. The entire day was irrevocably ruined, and a huge amount of money for tickets and accommodation was lost!
How it happened: after Gili Trawangan, the boat headed to Lombok. I personally asked the crew when our stop in Gili Air would be. The staff, looking me in the eye, lied, saying we would be sailing there immediately after Lombok. Ultimately, they blatantly deceived us and simply took us back to Bali against our will.
Because of their lies, two pre-paid rooms in an expensive hotel in Gili Air were lost. The most astonishing thing is their customer service. On WhatsApp, they WRITTEN ADMITTED their mistake and the crew's fault, but flatly refused to refund the money for the failed transfer service or compensate for the lost expensive numbers. After that, they simply started ignoring messages.
They'll take your money, lie to you right on board, ruin all your plans, admit their guilt in the chat, and simply keep your money. Don't risk your vacation. I've currently initiated a forced chargeback through my bank and am filing a report with the Indonesian tourist police. Avoid this company at all costs.
