点评：I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Wild Water Park. While the water rides were enjoyable, almost every other aspect of the experience was poorly managed.
The overall maintenance of the park was below expectations, and the food arrangements were highly unsatisfactory. Despite offering a buffet, many food items were unavailable, and the quality and quantity of food provided did not meet even basic standards. To make matters worse, the buffet hall lacked proper air conditioning, making the dining experience very uncomfortable.
The staff’s response to guest concerns was unprofessional and unhelpful. There was a clear lack of customer service and attention to visitor needs. Additionally, there were insufficient guidelines, signboards, and directions to help guests navigate the park safely and conveniently.
It appears that the management is more focused on promotions through social media influencers, YouTube, and Instagram marketing rather than improving the actual visitor experience and service quality. The reality of the park falls far short of the image being promoted online.
