Worst charter on the Adriatic!

点评：I read many negative reviews here and you may think Adriatic Charter have changed for the better, as these reviews are old. At least this was the advise I got from my agent. Wrong!
We were the first crew to get on the Adriatic Charter Bavaria 45 „Nabucco” on 26th April 2025. The boat had not been touched by any maintenance guy from the previous season. We spent the first 2 days of our charter asking for repairs and sometimes leaving the port of Marina Dalmacija and returning. Through the check-in we discovered that the engine had all its coolant liquid splashed out and they spent 2 days changing parts by taking them badly used from their other boats. The engine had missing nuts on the gasket - they didn’t care to put new ones even through these 2 days of repairs.
The bow thruster joystick had switches connected in reverse, so the bow thruster was not a help at all!
They refused to give us a life raft even though it was included in the specification of our charter contract and the dinghy was faulty.
The guys from Adriatic Charter were exceptionally rude. When asked for repair on the second day of attempts to fix something they were all relaxed and taking time and finally explained that they may actually stop working on the boat for the next 6 hours. They were truly having fun! They explained that they are only working for Adriatic Charter - they don’t own it!
The engine lost more than its oil reserve through the charter and we kept adding water to the cooling system as they refused to give us spare coolant - in the end it was all sitting in a mixture of oil and coolant liquid splashed out. And it’s all thanks to using it sparingly as we knew it might eventually die in the sea.
We filed a request for return of our charter cost but they refused.
In short - avoid Adriatic Charter! - your holiday isn’t worth it. There are many better charter companies on the Croatian coast.

他们拒绝提供救生筏，尽管我们的租赁合同里明确规定了这一点，而且小艇本身也有故障。
亚得里亚海租赁公司的员工态度极其恶劣。第二天我们要求他们修理，他们却百无聊赖，拖拖拉拉，最后还说他们可能要停工6个小时。他们真是乐在其中！他们解释说，他们只是为亚得里亚海租赁公司工作，船不是他们的！
整个租赁过程中，发动机的机油消耗量超过了储备量，而且由于他们拒绝提供备用冷却液，我们只能不断地往冷却系统里加水——最后，冷却液和机油的混合物溅得到处都是。幸亏我们一直小心翼翼地使用冷却液，因为我们知道它最终可能会在海上抛锚。
我们要求退还租赁费用，但他们拒绝了。
总之——千万别选亚得里亚海租赁公司！——你的假期根本不值得。克罗地亚海岸有很多更好的租赁公司。
