Great Potential, Let Down by Rude Staff

点评：I had a really disappointing experience at this cocktail bar and wouldn’t recommend it.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly rude and made us feel completely unwelcome. My husband was told off twice just for taking a cushion from a chair, which was unnecessary and handled in a really abrupt, unfriendly way. To make matters worse, he was then told off again for vaping outside on the street, clearly a serious offence, unlike the people right next to us smoking.
There was no attempt at polite communication or basic customer service; just a consistently hostile attitude that ruined the entire visit. It’s a shame because the venue itself has potential and the cocktail menu is actually decent, but the way we were treated means we definitely won’t be returning.
What made it even more noticeable is that other local businesses in the area are far more welcoming. We’ve had lovely experiences elsewhere, and places like Smiling Jacks and Bushwacka are always friendly with a genuinely warm welcome which is exactly how customers should be treated.
