点评：Baybrook Mall is average at best and no way in the same category as Memorial City Mall and Deerbrook Mall for example. Baybrook is the worst Christmas decorated mall in Houston. There’s basically no decorations inside the mall. In fact most of the tenants don’t decorate (starts at the top). Seriously starting in November to Christmas you wouldn’t know it was the holiday season if it wasn’t for Dillard’s, Macy’s, Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret. JCPenny tries. Dillard’s has the best decorations hands down. The outside mall & eateries do decorate with Maggiano’s by far the best. When Baybrook initially decorated the outdoor area it was nice. However, over the years the maintenance & management does not maintain it for example half of the deer have no lights working or a few 50%. The large Christmas tree always has problems with the lights. There used to be a large deer near Perry’s that looked great but then some lights stopped working and kept getting worse until they just stopped putting the large deer out. It’s amazing how the lack of management at some places don’t see things are not working and do something about it. Lazy and apparently just don’t care. Mediocre is unacceptable.
