Over promised and under delivered
Crayola Experience Plano的点评
点评：Staff was less than helpful
Half the machines (past the wrap your own) didn't work
Half the lights were out
The café was closed
The melt ur own crayon, had 2 options AND instead of getting ur crayon color it was marbled w everyone else's b4 you.
The "free voucher" for the scrubbie place had two options. A fish or a dinosaur.
The place looked like it needed a good cleaning....
Then, you walk out THROUGH the store.... that looks like a million bucks!!! Thanks crayola, you spend your money on marketing and store fronts but need improvement for our so-called EXPERIENCE!!!
The look on my kids faces was pretty telling, they were definitely let down everytime something wldnt work, took a token or wasn't available. 3 people = $90 plus more tokens = $$ for literally 1/4 of the "EXPERIENCE"
I told them that this location was obviously closing since the options were slim at best 👌 👍

我孩子们脸上的表情很能说明问题，每次遇到什么东西坏了、需要代金券或者找不到的时候，他们肯定都很失望。 3 个人 = 90 美元，外加更多代币 = 相当于只花了四分之一的“体验”
