Great Sweet and Savoury Pies Class with Chef Eve

点评：I was looking around for a cooking class and as it goes, algorithm on facebook reccomended me The Mediterranean Culinary Academy. Found a class "Sweet and Savoury pies" and thought it would be a great opportunity to improve my dough-making skills.
Well done to Chef Eve for the wonderful class and evening. I was early and she welcomed me in until it was time for the "Sweet and Savoury pies" class. Everything was well prepared, clean and ready for us.
Chef Eve has very good demonstration and teaching skills. She clearly explained the preparation and dough-making techniques for a shrot-crust while also sharing interesting bits of culinary knowledge along the way — for example, pairing thyme with peaches, something I had never considered before.
She answered all of our questions and a chill conversation followed whilst we were tasting out our creations.
Booking this class was extremely easy. I was also impressed with how well organised the academy is. They sent scheduled reminders before the class, followed by an end-of-class email asking for feedback, which I gladly replied to.
Keep up the good work, and am considering a follow-up and/or presenting a class as a gift to friends.
