点评:Absolutely stunning beach.
I arrived, parked reasonably easily and walked down to the beach.
However, apparently, the side of the beach to which I arrived was not 'dog friendly'... though I do not recall seeing any signs to that effect.
Half way down the (north side) of the beach both myself and another family was stopped by beach patrol (paw patrol) and told that we had to exit the beach via the very very steep sand dunes between the huts to avoid a £100 fine. I actually contemplated the fine due to the dangerous climb but, we endured it.
It would have been more fair to allow us to walk the 100m to the 'south side' where numerous dogs were running free. As it was, we walked along the dunes and came to the 'corret side'.
I had to search for, rather than simply notice, the signs regarding dogs which leads me to believe that it is purposely done to make money...I imagine it is quite a fruitful endevour in the summer. As beautiful as it was, I doubt I'd go back simply because of the jobs worth 'rangers'
