We recently completed our trip to Manali with your agency. We really enjoyed the trip and are very happy with the overall experience. However, I have a few suggestions that I believe could help you provide an even better service for future tourists:
1. Enhance Guide Knowledge & Proactive Planning
Many tourists (including us) do not always know the best times to visit specific spots. It would be very helpful if the guides could proactively suggest which place to visit at what time to avoid crowds and get the best views. A more detailed daily briefing would help tourists understand the itinerary better.
2. Focus on "Snow & Ice" Locations
Most tourists come to Manali specifically to see snow. I suggest your guides stay updated on where the best ice/snow is available on a daily basis (like Rohtang Pass, Solang Valley, or Gulaba). Giving clear advice on the best time of day to reach these snowy spots would make tourists much happier.
3. Better Communication
If the guides can explain the history or importance of each spot more clearly, it would make the sightseeing much more enjoyable and meaningful for everyone.
