Cruising Raja Ampat - Wisesa Liveaboard的点评
点评：We’ve just come back from a private charter of the Wisesa in Raja Ampat with a group of our friends.
Everything about the experience was first rate, right from when we first started communicating with them over 12months ago. They were really efficient and helpful with information, right up to the last moments when the volcanic activity closing Jakarta airport meant we changed how we were getting to Sorong.
The joy (and relief) we all felt coming aboard the Wisesa was maintained through the whole week.
The boat herself is wonderful- made with love and attention to detail and design. Very comfortable and goes brilliantly in all kinds of weather.
The crew were, without exception, brilliant.
From the Capt, a skillful and calm presence, Yorenzo, “the” guy you want to be looking out for you and for finding marine life when snorkeling, same for Endy a skillful and joyful zodiac, speed boat and 2nd Wisesa Captain. The chef and his lovely offsider. I was not expecting the incredible food they pumped out of that galley three times a day. I miss it already.
And Anne, the Cruise Director, a passionate environmentalist, her love of the ocean and its creatures is infectious. Her good humor and passion for giving us a wonderful experience (and keeping us safe) was a highlight. Thank you for my dugong and Kus Kus - I’ll never forget seeing the dugong in the wild.
Raja Ampat is a rare place in a world where so often as tourists, we ruin the thing we have come to see. Respecting the reef and its inhabitants was also something that that was made clear to us as a priority of the Wisesa experience.
Thank you to all the crew, the owners, folk in the office and Anne for a brilliant adventure.
