Unsafe Trail 6 and Unhelpful Staff

点评：We visited Cascata delle Marmore as two people on Sunday the 22nd and bought tickets online.
At the entrance we asked for information about the trails but received very limited and unfriendly answers. Inside the park, a siren sounded three times with no announcements. We were worried and tried to find staff to ask if it was safe to stay, but no park employees were around. Only souvenir shop staff told us there had been a landslide and that trail 4 was closed.
The signage in the park is very poor and confusing. It is unclear where the trails start and how they connect. Trail 1 was quite difficult, with no water fountains and no place to buy water.
We were told we could exit the park and continue on trails 5 and 6 and re-enter later with the same ticket. Trail 6 turned out to be extremely steep, unsafe, unlit, and without any barriers. Even for two young people with trekking shoes, it was difficult and scary.
In the evening, activities like a 6D movie and a “singing plants” lab were announced, but they were very hard to find, with no signs and no helpful staff.
Overall, the place is beautiful, but the organization, signage, communication, and staff attitude made the experience very disappointing.
Parking costs €2.50 per hour.
