The lodge is set in stunning natural surroundings right at a river, and the standard throughout the property is exceptional. The rooms and all the facilities are beautifully designed and maintained to the highest level.
The team is incredible. The food was outstanding, the service was impeccable, and the rangers were fantastic. I was especially impressed by how attentive everyone was. The staff quickly noticed our preferences and thoughtfully remembered them, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. This level of personal attention was truly impressive.
One more thing: the safaris are (in our experience) exceptionally long, which we really, really enjoyed. That way, we got to see all the animals we wanted to see.
Congratulations to the person who created this beautiful place and brought together such an outstanding team—you have done an incredible job. I sincerely hope I have the opportunity to return one day.
